At Cedar Heights Animal Clinic, we see a range of animals, dogs, cats, horses, and even exotics. We strive to keep your pets as happy and healthy as possible. We want to emphasize the importance of preventing disease by a comprehensive plan that is customized for your companion animal's needs giving your pet a not onoy longer but happier life.
Karen Thompson, D.V.M. has been providing care for man's furry friends for 20 years. Before Cedar Heights Animal Clinic, Dr. Thompson owned and operated Unicoi Hospital for animals in Erwin, TN.
After graduating from Bullitt Central in 1982, she received her Bachelors Degree in Agriculture and Biology in 1986 from Berea College. She then completed her Masters in Physiology and Pharmacology at Auburn University in 1990. In 1991 Dr. Thompson obtained her D.V.M. from Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine.
